Your information

We collect only what is needed for casting and participation: contact details, your answers about health behaviors, availability, and your audition video.

We never ask for Social Security numbers, insurance information, medical records, or unnecessary diagnoses. Health-behavior information used for casting is kept separate from any medical or safety information that may later be requested for participation clearance.

Only you and authorized members of the production team can see your application. Nothing from your application is made public without your explicit approval.

Terms

HEALTH IS A SPORT™ is a health-participation media experience. It is not medical care or medical treatment. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or appearance on the show.

Applicant Consent

By applying, you agree that the production team may review your application and audition for casting purposes. If selected, you will receive separate participation agreements, appearance releases, and Game rules to review and sign before appearing on the show.

Participant Information

The Charlotte pilot brings together six Black men, three Accountability Teams™ and one Health Sports Game™: Walk for Health™ — The 5-Day 5,000 Steps Game™. Selected participants attend local filming, Health Sports Practices™, Health Athlete Huddles™ and live show sessions in the Charlotte area.

Training participation (Health Sports Plays™ completed, consistency, check-ins and points) is scored publicly. Personal health outcomes may be measured separately and are never included in public standings without the participant’s informed consent.

HEALTH IS A SPORT™ provides health-education and participation experiences and does not diagnose, treat or replace individualized medical care. Participants should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding personal medical concerns or limitations.
